| On-Going Seminars in Ericksonian Hypnosis and Psychotherapy Our On-Going Seminars continue a tradition begun by Erickson himself. Clinicians from all over the world - and from a wide variety of disciplines - gathered to learn from Erickson. He often held these Seminars in a small guest house in his back yard. Like his, our Seminars range over many topics and forms, We use active trance work, demonstrations, discussion, and case studies - often from the participants. Most of the people who come to our Seminars are seasoned psychotherapists. We enjoy having professionals from other helping fields as well. Novices and others unfamiliar with Ericksonian approaches - including graduate students - are also a part of our tradition. The experienced practitioners bring wisdom and depth; the newer workers bring excitement and a fresh vantage point. The cross-fertilization makes for richly rewarding learning. As with our Intensive Training, these events are available to anyone with a Master's degree or higher in a health or mental health related field (social work, counseling, psychology, nursing, dentistry, medicine, etc) from an accredited institution, as well as graduate students in accredited programs. Our criteria follow those of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH) and the Erickson Foundation. Continuing Education Units are provided, approved by the Texas Boards for LPCs and Social Workers. Psychologists have been able to include our training among the CEUs accepted by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists (TSBEP).
